French/English pathway – Collège

OUR APPROACH

Our French/English bilingual collège pathway caters from Year 6 to Year 9 (6ème to 3ème), following the objectives of the national curriculum of the French Ministry of Education (section accredited by the French Ministry of Education). Collège is an essential stage in a student’s educational journey, offering a more specialized curriculum to prepare them for the challenges of upper secondary education (Lycée).

 Our Collège provision offers students a dynamic and stimulating environment where students transition from foundational learning to more advanced and independent academic exploration. This critical stage builds on the knowledge and skills acquired in primary school while encouraging intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth.

  • Multicultural environment fostering adaptability and global awareness.
  • National Curriculum delivered through a bilingual approach, with Music, Art, and Digital Literacy taught in English, and a blended learning bilingual approach for Mathematics and Science.
  • A flexible interdisciplinary curriculum that encourages active learning and student engagement;
  • A mentoring relationship between teacher and student, by providing students with one assigned teacher who will serve as a mentor/counselor to help them feel a sense of safety, confidence, and purpose in their learning and oversee their overall well-being;
  • Ideal-sized groups of learners, with approximately 20 students per tutor class;
  • A secure emotional environment with a strong focus on personal, social and emotional growth;

Our Secondary School programme includes field trips and visits and annual transversal projects.
